ELENKA constructions was created as the natural continuation of a professional journey that begins at the construction site and extends to a holistic understanding of property — as a built asset, an investment and, above all, a human space.

The founder of the company is a civil engineer, a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with many years of experience in construction and project management. The construction site has always been at the core of her professional identity: a place of hands-on knowledge, problem solving, coordination of people and the transformation of plans into reality.

Alongside her technical background, she gained substantial experience in commercial activity and marketing, working with strategy, market dynamics, branding and management. This experience was further reinforced through additional studies and training in management and social sciences, broadening the way each project is approached.

Today, ELENKA constructions operates in the fields of technical property evaluation, pre-purchase and development consulting, as well as small and medium-scale renovations and constructions. Every project is approached with technical clarity, practical thinking and respect for the real interests of the person who places their trust in us.
